Its been over 10 years since we were told how powerful clean and antioxidant water was so good for the body.

If your like me, I didn't understand nor did I want to know about something so boring as water out of a tap

However, we had a few health challenges going on in the family, so I started to listen a bit basically to shut them up. I was totally surprised how water here in Australia was full of nasties.  Stuff that I was un- aware of, thinking that the government would always look after us.

So I guess as a know it all male, I needed to pull my head in and learn about the most important nutrient in the body... Water.
